The published Credit Guide will identify our Australian Credit Licence (ACL), the credit activities we engage in, our compliance with the Best Interests Duty under NCCP s.158LA and ASIC RG 273, our commission arrangements, and the steps available to you for internal dispute resolution and external resolution through AFCA.
LoanGenius operates a broker-controlled model: we recommend one best-fit lender per file with the BID rationale documented in your application notes. We do not present a public comparison shelf.
